“Garlic toast.”
We were having dinner at his place and he asked for more garlic toast. As I grabbed some garlic from the kitchen I noticed he was waiting for me to get back. I told him to keep eating without me.
“No, I’ll wait. I want to eat the garlic toast together. And, you know what? Let’s get married.”
「ガーリックトースト。」
彼の家で夕食を作っているときに付け合わせの
ガーリックトーストのおかわりをお願いされ、台所でにんにくをおろしていました。
彼は出来上がるまで待っているようだったので、先に食べるように促しました。
「いや、待ってるよ。ガーリックトースト緒に食べよう。それと、結婚しよう。」
