I’m often asked, “If you’re so busy why are you doing a solo exhibition?” I’m willing to do it no matter how thin it stretches me. Basically, it doesn’t feel like work. There are tons of artists who say they want to do their own exhibitions, right? I’d always tell them, “Well… you should go ahead and do one then.” I figured that that point I had to do one myself.
